2. Contact Information and Contact Unlock

JobsVai is designed to protect users' contact information during the early stages of hiring.

Phone numbers and other restricted contact information are not intended to be publicly displayed through Candidate search, public profiles, general job pages, or invitations.

For supported hiring flows, contact information may become available to the relevant parties after required hiring conditions have been completed, such as:

1. An invitation or hiring request is accepted; and

2. The required payment is confirmed.

When contact access is enabled, authorized participants in that specific work arrangement may be able to access permitted contact information.

Users must not use unlocked contact information for spam, harassment, unauthorized marketing, data harvesting, or purposes unrelated to the relevant work relationship.

3. Messages and Communications

JobsVai may process communications sent through the platform, including:

Candidate and Employer messages
Company or assigned recruiter messages

Messages may be stored to provide the service, maintain conversation history, investigate complaints, prevent abuse, enforce platform rules, and support dispute resolution.

Public profiles and certain public job or company pages may be discoverable through search engines.

Search engines operate independently from JobsVai. If public information is later changed or removed from JobsVai, copies or cached versions may remain temporarily available through third-party search engines.

We do not intend to publicly display private identity documents, account passwords, private messages, restricted contact information, or other information specifically designated as private.

7. CV and Resume Features

If you create, upload, generate, or download a CV through JobsVai, we may process the professional information included in that CV.

Depending on the feature, generated CVs may include information from your JobsVai professional profile.

You are responsible for reviewing the information included in your CV before sharing it with another person.

Employers or Companies who receive a Candidate's CV must use that information only for legitimate recruitment, hiring, work-management, or related purposes and must not misuse or unlawfully distribute it.

8. Files and Documents

Users may upload files for purposes such as:

We may store and process these files for the purpose for which they were uploaded.

Access to files may be restricted based on account role, permissions, work relationships, security controls, and platform status.
